UK Returns & Exchange Policy

We realise that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as painless as possible.

Below, you will find all of the information you should need to return a product to us. Remember though, do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping your order.


How long do I have to return my items after I receive them?

You can return or exchange any goods bought from the Aidah London within 14 days after receipt of your delivery. Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with all tags attached..


How do I return my goods?

Simply fill out the form on our Conatct Us page and select 'Refund & Exchange Request' from the heading section, enter your Order Referrence number, the items you are returning, the reason for returning it and what you would like in exchange or if you request a refund. Once we receive your request we will send you an email confirming how to send the product back to us.

You may use any delivery provider you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return delivery. You would have to bare the delivery cost yourself. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. An email notification will be sent when your refund or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Delivery fees are non- refundable. 

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department.


Are there any restrictions on returning special offers and SALE?

All SALE items are non refundable. We strongly advise of you to contact us if you have any questions before purchase.


Important Information: All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the order is returned successfully. We reccomend sending recorded delivery to guarantee a successful return.


For hygiene reasons, hijabs that have been opened and show signs of wear will not be refunded or exchanged.


All items should be returned in an unworn condition

All tags and packaging should be returned - DO NOT REMOVE TAGS (If any on them)

Please ensure there are no perfume or make-up on the clothing

Sale items are non refundable
