The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier. You will receive your delivery within 5 working days after you place your order.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERYNEXT WORKING DAY
When using this service in the first instance please email email@example.com for confirmation.
If you order by 12 pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day when selecting this delivery option. If you order up to 12 pm on Friday, you will receive your goods on the Monday. If you order anytime after 12 pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday.

The costs of delivery varies from country to country. If you are an international customer please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your purchase so we can determine your shipping fees.
After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, Aidah London will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for 48 hours. If your package fails to be delivered without the arrangement of a re-delivery through direct contact with the courier the parcel is automatically returned to Aidah London with a charge applied to the customer. In such an event, Aidah London will refund the customer for the order contents minus the initial shipping fee which is used for the initial delivery service, plus the failed delivery charge applied by the courier for returning the parcel to Aidah London. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8 am and 8 pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to receive your parcel, a 'calling card' will be posted through your door asking you to collect your parcel from the local depot or to arrange redelivery.
The above time frames exclude weekends and all public holidays.
Delivery times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of dispatch.
We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to Aidah London.
We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. Aidah London ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, Aidah London will assist the customer in liaising with the relevant courier party, to investigate a reported loss and pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.
If a delivery attempt is deliberately rejected by the customer with refusal to sign for a parcel which was sent following a confirmed order, with the customer thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the initial shipping fees incurred by Aidah London and any courier charges incurred for returning the parcel to Aidah London will be deducted from the total refund value.
